When I first began drawing and colouring, I quickly discovered that it was more than just fun. And there was more to it than inspiring and creating.



I discovered I could relax and de-stress as I coloured. It was a type of selfcare.





Others have mentioned the appeal of relaxing through artwork while developing their creative skills.
